This is our Troops main means of passing information onto both Scouts and Parents alike.

  • Come here for all our Announcements, login to see the full announcement.
  • View the Calendar of upcoming events.
  • Sign up for upcoming events under Event Registration.
  • Check out our most useful Links, everything from training to all things scouts.
  • Don't forget to come back and view our online Photo Albums, this is where you can remember the great times you had at each event, or just find out what your boy really did there.
  • Make sure you add a comment to the photos and read the comments other scouts left.
  • Forgot your buddies phone number or e-mail address, no problem, look them up on the Troop Roster.
  • Need a form or other file for scouts, go to our Files page and you will find everything you need.
  • Want more information on an upcoming event, find it on the calendar and download the permission slip, map or any other information linked to that event.
  • Need to send an e-mail to the Scoutmaster or other leader, hit the Troop Roster link on the left and you will be on your way.
  • Patrol Leaders need to send a note out to your entire patrol, use the Send Email link and use your patrol's group e-mail link.

Our hope is that you will find this website both useful and informative. We will strive to get ALL of the information that you need as Scouts, Adult Leaders or Parents in our Troop, right here, in one convenient place.

If you are not already a member of our Troop, we encourage you to come by for a visit. New Scouts are ALWAYS WELCOME!!!

Family Camp

For those that will be going to Family Camp, we need to get your Waiver Form for Wellington Lake completed, signed and submitted this Thursday. The managing company needs to receive these before we get there, so we will be sending them after this weeks troop meeting. We will have forms available at the meeting. If you will not be attending that night, please download the form from the troop website, complete it, sign it, scan it and email to Mrs. Fitzjarrell. Thanks for your cooperation.

Travis' Eagle Project this Saturday

Travis' Eagle Project (which was rescheduled due to adverse weather conditions), is this coming Saturday (5/13) at Bear Creek Lake Park. Hope most of you are able to make it out to help. Please register on the Troop website, and if you have any questions contact Travis.

Thanks to everyone that came out for the Troop 808 Hike-a-thon. It was a great day, with the weather cooperating, and a combined total of over 150 miles hiked! Please let Mrs. Fitzjarrell know any comments, suggestions, feedback, or ideas - as we may want to do it again next year. Some pictures have been loaded into the Photo Album on the troop website, so be sure to check those out.

Troop Hike-a-Thon This Saturday!

Looking forward to seeing all the Scouts, their Friends & Family at Bear Creek Lake Park this Saturday. Make sure to wear your Class B, a cap, good hiking shoes or boots, sunscreen and bring your water bottle. Check-in starts at 9:30 am at the Pelican Point shelter and we will hit the Family Friendly Trail at 10:00. Hopefully everyone has gathered some fabulous Pledges and commitments from Sponsor Hikers (50% of your collected pledges will be credited to your Scout Account). This is going to be a fun event for all who participate and will help fund our Troops' Camping, Hiking and Outdoor Activities! The attachments on our website include more information about the event, a pledge sheet, a map of our two courses, and BCLP waiver forms (which must be completed by everyone participating in the event). Also, PLEASE register yourself and your sponsor hikers (as guests) on our website so we will be prepared with enough snacks, prizes, and other fun surprises. Summer Camp

If you have not yet signed up, there is still room for you! This is going to be a fabulous trip and you don't want to miss it. See the troop website for more information. As we have passed the deadline for standard pricing, it is a little bit more at $320, but still a great value. If you have any questions about payments contact Mrs. Fitzjarrell, Troop Treasurer. Next campout is Family Camp at Lake Wellington

Now that the April campout is completed, it's time to start thinking about the Family Campout in May. We have a Scout in Charge (SIC) and now we are looking for an Adult in Charge (AIC).  If you are interested in helping out please contact Mr Pallozzi.  Even if you haven't been an AIC before we have plenty of people to help you get through this activity.  The AIC is responsible for working with the SIC to make sure menu planning, food shopping and rosters are complete for the weekend.  Please let me know if you have any questions.   Thanks
