June Fishing Camp

It appears that the first reports of the toxic bloom were incorrect so we are back on for Julesburg (Jumbo) Reservoir. With any luck this link will go to a google map of the route from the church to the reservoir. https://goo.gl/maps/BabGozHsHq12

Due to the weather forecast of 10-20" of snow at Wellington Lake over the weekend the Family Camp was rescheduled to September 22-24. Registration has reopened for this event with the new date on the website. We're hoping more families will be able to enjoy this fun experience in the fall.

Several new Camps/Outings have been added to the calendar and are now open for registration. Please sign up for those you are interested in attending. We're also looking for Scout-in-Charge and Adult-in-Charge for most of these, so if you would like to help with that please see the SPL or SM.

Family Camp

Posted by linda.fitzjarrell on May 14 2017 - 12:39pm

Family Camp is this weekend! We will meet at ALC Friday, May 19th at 4:30 pm to load the trailer and hope to be on the road by 5:00. If you are signed up to attend, but will not be meeting us at ALC on Friday, please let Brendan and/or Mr. Pallozzi know so that we're not waiting for someone that's not coming. Also, we'd appreicate it if you would be willing to bring any outdoor games, non-motorized boat(s), fishing equipment, or other fun stuff that you would be willing for everyone to enjoy (or be willing to lend out). This is going to a really fun event. Between all the fishing, boating, hiking and games Brendan is planning on having the scouts work together to build a Monkey Bridge! We look forward to seeing you there!

Please use Troop Mailbox

Posted by linda.fitzjarrell on May 12 2017 - 11:26am

Mrs. Fitzjarrell will not be at this weeks meeting (5/18). If you have anything for her (such as Hike-a-thon Pledges that are due this week, etc.) please use the Troop Mailbox and put your item(s) in the folder labeled with her name. Make sure to make any notes needed so she will know who it's from and what it's for. Thank You!
